Course Details

As you add courses to your Academic History, you can add Course Details to identify the grade achieved and the term in which you took the course.

There are two ways to add course details:

  1. As you add each course to your Academic History in Step 1 – Search Courses.
  2. By navigating to Step 2 – Confirm Selection and adding/editing the course details via the list of courses in your Academic History.

To add course details as you add each course to your Academic History in Step 1:

  1. Navigate to Step 1 – Add Courses.
  2. Search Courses to locate courses.
  3. Once you have located the course(s) you wish to add to your course plan, click on the Add to Cart Add to Cart icon. The Course Details popup will open.
  4. Select the Grade that you achieved for the course.
  5. Select the Academic Year and Term in which the course was taken from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Arrow Add to add the course details.

NOTE: If you click Arrow Cancel in the Course Details screen, the course will not be added to your Academic History and you will be returned to the Search Courses screen.

To add or edit course details in Step 2 – Confirm Selection:

  1. Navigate to Step 2 – Confirm Selection.
  2. Find the course whose details you wish to enter or edit.
  3. Select the Grade that you achieved for the course
  4. Select the Academic Year and Term in which the course was taken from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Arrow Add to add the course details.

To remove a course from your course plan from the Step 1 – Add Courses or the Step 2 – Confirm Selection page, click on the Delete Delete icon next to the course.

Once you have added one or more courses to your Academic History, you can navigate to Step 3 – View Transfer Report to view how the course(s) might transfer to one or two institutions.
