To print content from this guide (without the left-hand menu), click the Print link in the header frame. The printed page will appear reformatted (printer-friendly), making it easier to read on paper.
NOTE: Using your browser's Print command from the File menu will print the page incorrectly.
The guide's frames-based design lets you read a topic in the main (right) frame while keeping the Table of Contents page open and accessible in the menu (left) frame at all times. This way you can quickly jump to different topics in the guide.
To browse the Table of Contents tree, click on chapter nodes. Content pages open in the main frame. At any time, reset the Table of Contents tree by clicking on the Contents links in either the header or footer frames.
